The view from the room balcony overlooking Omonia Square was decent, providing some entertainment with the city vibe below. The air conditioning unit actually worked well, a real gem when the summer heat hits.

This place seriously struggled with cleanliness. There was a constant, unpleasant smell in the halls, possibly linked to the piles of old furniture cluttering the stairways. The condition of the bathroom was less than ideal—mould was a constant companion, and the lack of a shower curtain meant the floor turned into a mini swimming pool every time. The furniture in the room looked like it hadn’t had a buddy since the '60s, and there were signs of wear and tear throughout. I also discovered that the Wi-Fi just didn’t want to cooperate, which made staying connected a chore. All in all, if you’re looking for a cozy retreat, you might want to look elsewhere.

The hotel’s proximity to the metro station was incredibly convenient, making city exploration easy. The room had a welcomed view, though the area felt somewhat noisy at night, impacting our overall comfort.

Comfortable bed, convenient location, with easy access to the nearby metro station for exploring the area, which made my stay quite enjoyable.

There were several issues, including outdated facilities, a faulty elevator, and a lack of basic amenities.

The elevator is a health hazard—dirty, shaking, and it looks like it belongs in a museum. The decor is trapped in the 60s with questionable color choices, while the thin walls let you hear every conversation from neighboring rooms. Bedding sometimes shows signs of wear, and the lack of safety deposit boxes adds to the concerns about security.

the hotel is just a few steps from lovely cafe Veneti, where I enjoyed a delicious coffee before exploring the nearby Ancient Agora, which is only about 2 km away and filled with rich history that captivated me during my walk.

The hotel is just 50 meters from the metro, making it super convenient for exploring. I loved the great WiFi quality too!

The central location is excellent, with easy access to the metro and a large supermarket nearby. the elevator was in poor condition, and my room was not cleaned properly before arrival. It was disappointing to find leftover items from a previous guest, leading to an immediate request for a room change. The check-in process was friendly, but the maintenance needs attention.

The Claridge Hotel was a great find for our trip! The location is super convenient, just steps away from the metro and a big supermarket. Our triple room was comfortable, and we found the air conditioning, fridge, and hot shower to be a nice touch. The staff was notably helpful, allowing us to drop our bags early in the morning.
